Served as a Veterinary Food Inspection Specialist. Coordinated and performed surveillance and receipt inspections for all establishments on Naval Base Guam. Inspected Operational Rations for multiple units. Conducted receipt inspection of FF&V airlift shipments, inspected operational rations including UGR-As while working in a Joint environment with elements of Air Force Public Health and Navy Preventive Medicine Responded to ALFOODACT messages accurately and in a timely manner. Conducted 32 refrigeration failure inspections. Trained 15 Airmen from United States Air Force 36 Medical Operations Squadron on lab sample submission and how to use a Novalum. Won first Soldier of the Quarter Board and Soldier of the Year in 2010 for PHCD Western Pacific. Selected to serve as District’s Human Resources Assistant. Processed personnel action reports, pay inquiries, and leaves and passes. Assisted Soldiers in completing official travel orders and vouchers. Compiled and forwarded detailed theater travel reports and accountability rosters to Pacific Region Veterinary Command weekly. Served as District’s Operations NCO for 15 months. Coordinated and scheduled training for all soldiers throughout the largest area of responsibility in Public Health Command Region-Pacific.
