Team Assignment #4 is to complete Part 2 of the Allround Period 8 Marketing Plan. Team leaders must submit it by the end of this week. See Appendix B in your course syllabus for a description of Part 2. This is a team assignment worth up to 25 points.
Mohammed you will do (#2) a 4Ps competitor analysis of you primary (2-3) competitors, describing how they are positioned in the market place, identify each primary competitor's differentiation strategy ( and how Allround is positioned to counter their point of difference) and describing each on using a "4 P's" Perspective.
Ok guys...It is REALLY important that you get the #3 assignment fixed because we will use that to answer these questions and do this assignment. All of our assignment will build off of the assignment before it. We can not do this assignment without the last assignment finished correctly.
