 I Love CWU

 I am overall satisfied with CWU education.

 I plan to complete my bachelors and masters degree at CWU. Although I have never purchased products with CWU logo, I do have a CWU sticker on my water bottle that I carry with me everywhere.

 Several things have led me to not be a fully loyal customer, but for the most part CWU is a great school.

 CWU does not offer the Master's degree I want and that is why I am not brand loyal, I will go to another school after CWU. I am proud to attend CWU and wear CWU clothing. There is emotional loyalty, but not enough to stay for my Master's.

 I don't buy into School superiority, For me it is a personal decision and one that I made based on my level of annoyance with friends and their constant bickering about which school is better.

 CWU was the only school I truly had interest in as a senior in High School. Though I had gone to visit many other colleges for some reason I always wanted to attend CWU.

 It would be nice to have more of the CWU logos in stores and other shops so other people can buy it them selves

 I have been very frustrated with the transfer from Edmonds Community College to CWU. The handoff was not cohesive.

 As the son of person that also attended CWU (my father), it's safe to say that CWU runs through my blood. I am a dedicated, loyal Wildcat and wouldn't have it any other way! GO WILDCATS!

 Everything above is based off my interactions with my instructors and from purchasing books from the book store.

 I have already completed one Bachelors degree at CWU, and am now on my 2nd and pursuing a 3rd. I definitely am loyal to CWU. I will be sad when I have to take my Masters and Doctorates elsewhere. The environment at CWU is always welcoming.

 I wish the drinking fountain in the weight room was cold and that the nets on the hoops were replaced when they ripped....I pay for it Also lockers should be fixed when broken and equipment should be replaced when worn out.

 My brand loyalty stands with Washington State University and always will, Central Washington University hasn't done enough to build that kind of culture yet where people feel a deep connection and sense of pride.

 This being my first quarter at CWU, I feel mostly neutral at this time. This will certainly change as I progress through to completion of my major.

 So far I have enjoyed all the help from the staff in becoming a student at CWU.

 As a third quarter "consumer" of CWU, my only issue is its "customer relations" with its remote consumers (Lynnwood campus) and the availability and ease of purchasing its products(TEXTBOOKS). My experience has not been that pleasant with ordering my textbooks required for classes.

 I think it's hard to be brand loyal to a smaller college if your family has ties to bigger universities like UW. I'm also a huge sports fan and I follow UW sports over CWU sports.

 After reading the assigned chapter, this seems like a good survey to incorporate what I just read.

 Once students have made progress in a specific degree program at CWU, changing to another university would represent significant switching costs for the student.

 CWU asks me for my feedback, but I doubt they care about it.

 CWU was actually my second choice. I chose CWU Only because the campus was closer and they accepted more lower division courses in the transfer.

 Have found the overall experience with CWU to be a good one. I will say that the location of the satellite campuses has made it much easier to attend.

 I'm not impressed with the college as a University. If I was on campus and a teenager my viewpoint might be different, but I have expected a lot more from my University experience. Its been more like a bad community college.

 I'm excited to be back and school and of all the options that I weighed CWU has the most convenient service for me that met my goals and I thought it would be the best option to advance my education.

 I feel that CWU doesn’t have every student's interest at heart (Leaving out students who take most classes online) and have focused more on profits and implementing bad products for online students. For instance, many instructors are requiring the use of the Respondus Lockdown browser, which at its core code, is a University instituted computer virus, and a badly coded one at that. Basically this program locks you out of your computer except the browser itself, and I assume its so that you cannot use the internet for tests. I can understand why teachers wouldn’t want this to happen, but I must point out that not every answer is available on the internet. not only that, but an online class by its very nature is an open book test environment. I will point out something to get around this program, the first and easiest of which is to just have two computers. Or some students have smart phones, which will allow the same thing. Instead, teachers need to create their own questions for tests, use more essay type questions instead of multiple choice, and use time limits on the tests themselves. CWU doesn't care about online students however, so I fear nothing will change.

 I don’t feel like my needs are always met as a consumer but I dont participate in activities to make sure they are met.

 Regarding other institution research, I only looked into other schools enough to discover if they accepted technical degree transfer students.
