Mission, Vision and Values

Mission Statement for the Described Medium Sized Clinic

· To provide holistic health care solutions to our patients through ensuring the provision of good, quality and quick practices that are anchored on the attainment of a healthier society.

While developing a good mission statement, it is good to ensure that the statement communicates the fundamental objectives for the clinic as Darbi, (2012) implies. It should create a picture of what the business is about and what it stands for. The mission statement illustrates the kind of customers being targeted; in this case they are patients. Also, it shows how the customers’ lives are made better by the services being provided.

Vision Statement for the Described Medium Sized Clinic

· To be the most trusted health care provider in the region through quality service provision.

This vision statement explains where the clinic seeks to be in the future. Through trust for good services people are able to rely on the clinic for health care solutions. The vision also supports the values upheld by the clinic hence it provides direction for the entity.

Values

Professionalism- the clinic’s management should ensure provision of the best health care solutions through ensuring high levels of competence by the staff.

Integrity- clinic staffs are required to possess strong moral principles that in turn help to encourage honest practices.

Accountability- the entire clinic personnel are encouraged to have a sense of responsibility which helps encourage public respect.

Excellence- the clinic’s management strategies are anchored on ensuring that the kind of health solutions provided are outstanding and are of high calibre.

Reliability- the availability of the services is consistent by ensuring that the level of service provision meets the required standards.
