Instructional Presentation Outline:
This assignment is composed of the following parts:
It is advised that you use this as checklist to ensure that all work is completed adequately
· Each student will prepare and present a learning center addressing each of the steps listed below, as they relate specifically to their assigned subject (from Week 3 and on whom each student conducted bibliographical research)
· Each student will provide a hands-on or an engagement activity for students to complete at each learning center
· It is highly recommended that students prepare either a Power-point presentation, or a Poster-board presentation to accompany their presentation materials
· Any student missing a presentation must present documentation explaining the absence, and pertinent to the date in question.

Learning Center presentations should include the following elements
· Historical / Geographical Overview
· Current Social Conditions (Economics / Population Groups / Diversity / Governance / Politics / Institutions / Health / Health Care / Social Problems)
· Current Cultural Conditions (Languages / Arts / Humanities / Home Life / Work Life / Religion / Wealth / Poverty / Gender Issues)
· Education (Structure and Organization / Types / Quality and Quantity / Private and Public / Levels K-Collegiate / Availability and Equal or Unequal Access / Exclusions or Lack of Access / Accommodations / Special Services / Diversity Issues)
· Discuss the 3 most important things we can learn from studying your subject
· Provide a hand’s-on or engagement / enrichment activity for your students (a worksheet, crossword, formal Q & A, etc.) for your students
