Action Plan for Tracking and Sustaining Commitments

The Action Plan for tracking means creating an organizational position by always having a perfect planning, support and careful preservation. The organizational position comes from the bonding amongst the health care organization and the patients. For growing a along influencing ability and holding it, patient loyalty is the most vital that builds a unique relation and identifies the difference with respect to their satisfaction and quality care and service delivered by the health care professionals.

Presently, the current scenario because of rapid economic variations and a number of health diseases is taken to be more and more challenging with high level of patient satisfaction. (UCSan Diego, 2008).

Ways of Sustaining Commitments in our organization are as follows-:

· Commitment-: Enhancing commitment ideologies and quality care for achieving

Complete patient care in our organization.

· Integration-: Promote and support integration of various diseases.

· Health systems-: Promote and support interventions of the health care systems for

Enhancing the delivery of preventive measures for the disease

· Measurement-: Tracking the program performance and its result

· Collaboration-: Strengthening national, international and regional partnerships in order to provide protection against diseases. (Lisa Nielsen, 2013).

Our organization, thus works towards the quality care deliverance to the patients and patient’s reliability towards the organization. The Action Plan for Tracking and Sustaining Commitments in our organization can be achieved by providing the strategic planning and variations which are implemented and managed in programs that are the variant substantive ways that can be utilized for analyzing the healthy population and strengthening the relationship between the heath care professionals and the patients.
