1. At the top left corner of the student’s grade sheet contain CBA logo as seen below:
2. Next to the CBA logo about the center of the sheet you will put the title of this sheet as follow: Course Grades Sheet
3. One row down the CBA logo and right justify you want to enter the date the grades were entered in this sheet as follow: Report Run on Dec. 12, 12 7:18 AM
4. You are then asked to place a thick line extended from left to right under the CBA logo to separate the top of the sheet from the rest as follow: _____
5. Under the thick line you are asked to enter information related to the following:
Year: Term: Campus: Course Dept.: Course No.: Course Ve.: 1 Section No.:
Course Title:
Instructor:
6. Underneath the above information, you are asked to build up the student’s grade sheet as indicated in the handout.
7. The information entered must be factual and represent real data.
8. Use accompanied information on the handout as reference for data to be enter.
9. Grade must be calculated to represent real actual. Example if student get 80% in the final then out of the 40% for the final he or she will get 32 out of 40. Use the cross multiplication property
A B B * C
--- = --- ( A * D = B * C ( D = ------
C D A
A = 100 , B = 40, C = 80 ( ( 80 * 40 ) / 100 = 32
10. Total grades of student is the sum of grade out of 100 and indicated in letter grade.
11. If number of absents greater than 8 then the grade of that student is DN.
12. In a separate sheet, named Graphs, Using Pie graph, graph the total grade of each student indicating the different parts of the graph.
13. In the sheet Graph, Using Column graph, graph the students final and midterm grades of each student.
14. In the sheet Graph, Using 3D Column graph, graph the students total grades of each student in a descending order.
