1. Introduction

In this section give a brief summery about your E-business. Also, provide information about the nature of the business transaction, business model and specify what exactly the business will conduct You could use SWOT analysis in this section to determine why your product and services better than others.

THIS toothbrush is an online store that provides oral care products which are: “the miswak” and The “Cutter Case”. The miswak is considered the oldest toothbrush in history. It has been used for centuries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Central & Southeast Asia. In Islam, it is considered "Sunnah", referring to an essential manner of life recommended by the Prophet (PBUH). The Cutter Case is a case that invented to store the miswak in it and protected, another feature is the cutter part to cut the miswak and peel it.

We use Business-to-consumer model in which we sell our products to individual customers directly online, this model include gathering customers’ information; purchasing physical goods (which are the miswak and the cutter case).

As Muslims, we want to encourage Muslims to use miswak more often and interduce it to non-muslims. Our miswak’s cutter case is elegant, stylish and easy to use with many features and colors.

Strengths

Weaknesses

· The first product of its kind, with genius design and a Standard Cutter Case that allows you to cut, peel, and carry the Miswak around easily.

· The business has a creative team of designers, engineers and marketers and website developers.

· Compared to the regular toothpaste, the Miswak is portable, does not require water, and can access hard-to-reach parts of the mouth for a thorough cleaning experience.

· The product revives and modernizes a forgotten Sunnah (religious significance), making people rushing to buy it, following the example of the Prophet Muhammad.

· The product needs less effort to clarify Miswak's dental benefits when targeting Muslim consumers, because they're mostly already aware of it.

· We are the only online store for the Miswak. We invented the cutter case for the miswak and its features which will be reviewed in details. We deliver worldwide with low cost.

· We are able to respond very quickly.

· we are able to give really good customer care, as the current small amount of work means we have plenty of time to devote to customers.

· Western audience knows very little about the Miswak.

· Not enough sales staff.

· Lack of experience.

· Weak brand name.

· The Cutter Case is designed to hold miswaks of a certain diameter and length to allow for maximum portability, if the customer doesn’t have our miswak and want to use his\her own they should make sure it fits in the case, otherwise they will not be able to The Cutter Case.

Opportunities

Threats

· We have a huge base of supporters XXthat are ready to fund the business and participate in financing for production and they did in past stages.

· Buyers are willing to purchase at any price because it is a unique product and it defiantly will make performing the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammed much more convenient.

· Because "THIS" is a natural alternative, many Go Green movements and many Green people will fine this product very interesting because it has no bad environmental consequences.

· It is a product that markets itself.

Meet consumer needs by directly solving a major daily life problem facing each Miswak users in the Middle East region.

· Globalization and technology are changing the world and changing people’s lifestyle and attitude. Nowadays people Obsession is all about follow the trends and show off what a new trend they have to the whole world. So we came up with a new idea which is a unique, elegant and stylish product that people can share it with the world and that could considered as free marketing to our product.

· Long run threats of losing the patent of the product after almost 5 years and developing a very severe competition with other competitors in the same market, who would be willing to sell at lower prices and with an equivalent quality.

· Growing bargaining power of suppliers.

· In the Arab world which is a major expected customer base, the political environment is not stable and it will affect the sales rates.

· It is hard to explain to non-muslims what the miswak is and how it is work and what the differences between the miswak and a regular oral care products. Some people are not open for changes especially if they comfortable with their routine and they can get their regular oral care products online.

2. Value Proposition

Defines how a company’s product or service fulfills the needs of customers

The Cutter case has everything you need to get the full miswak experience. Each box includes a Cutter Case in the color of your choice and two fresh miswaks, along with a comprehensive instruction guide. This Toothbrush is a reusable and durable product, which can be used over and over, it is a product that modernizes the age-old technique and makes it easier to use. We make the design of our product match with your needs by good quality and we try to reduce the cost of transferring the product by offer free service delivery to our customers for more than 250$ orders.

The Miswak is portable, does not require toothpaste or water, and can access hard-to-reach parts of the mouth due to the bristles being parallel with the handle. The Miswak can be used instead of a regular toothbrush & toothpaste, or as a supplementary dental hygiene method

As mentioned in SWOT previous section

Online

3. Revenue Model

Describes how the firm or EC project will earn revenue, generate profits, and produce a superior return on invested capital.

We earn profit from selling our products to our customer. The customers can enter to our website, choose the color of holder toothpick that they need and pay to us. Here are our revenue source

:

1. Sales revenue model

We will generate revenue by selling of our products online, the cutter case and the Miswak.

2. Advertising fee:

In our website, we allow other companies to advertise on our site by placing their advertisement in a banner at the top of the main webpage. These companies pay to us advertising fees. The amount of fees varies depend on the size, place and other banner's characteristic.

3. Traffic arbitrage:

We placed at the top of our webpage Google's search engine. Every customer visit our website can search whatever he/she needs. In this way, Google share the fees that they earn from our customers with us.

4. Warranty fee:

The customers who request a warranty on their purchasing, they have to pay small fixed amount to have this guarantee. If anything happened to the cutter case, we are responsible to repair, fix or change it from A to Z (free delivery to have the items back, repair them and bring them back to the customers.

5. affiliate:

Able customer to go another website ( and this website changed every month ).

- OTHER:

We have another special feature in our website that allows us to generate more revenue. Our customers can reserve items for a specific period of time if he/she pay fee before complete the reservation process. The customers reserve what they need for a specific time that identify by them (the fee depends on that period, fee increase when period increase.

4. Market Opportunity

Defines what market space do Companies intend to serve and what is its size?

The process of defining and subdividing a large homogenous market into clearly identifiable segments having similar needs, wants, or demand characteristics. It helps selecting one or more segment which company can target and it makes a huge difference in understand your market.

Our goal of market segmentation is to separate the general market into categories, which can then be targeted and marketed to most effectively. We divide our market according to tow market segmentation-strategies which are demographic segmentation, and psychographic segmentation. Our target market is teenagers and adult both males and female who look for organic and natural toothbrush, who already using the Miswak but thy facing problem in cut it and peel it and all Muslims because the Miswak has a great religious value to Muslims. It comes in multiple colors with modern design to allow for a display of personality.

5. Competitive Environment

It refers to the other companies selling similar products and operating in the same marketspace.

Competitor analysis is identifying the competitors and evaluating their strategies and determining their strengths and weaknesses relative to those of our own product in the industry. With this evaluation we can identify what makes our product unique from others and therefore assessing our market opportunity. In general, "THIS" toothbrush competitors are almost all the companies that is providing health care products as which have survived in this industry for such a long time and have successfully established a good customer relationship and gain customer brand loyalty.

In the current time "THIS" toothbrush doesn't have any direct competitors yet because it's new product, unique design, healthy, natural and canned. But we can consider famous toothpaste companies like Closeup, Colgate and Sensodyne as indirect competitors as they are offering substitute or complementary products. Also, there are several online website that is offering different kinds of Miswak to customers with different prices according to the quality of the Siwak and its origin country, such as: http://www.miswakstick.com , http://www.sewakalbadr.com/ and http://www.aliexpress.com . As we are aiming to penetrate Saudi market, these websites can't be counted as serious competitors since Miswak is available everywhere in the KSA and no one will be interested in ordering it online unless there is a value added to the product that in the value chain management. There is only one of these websites is providing a case with the Siwak which is: http://www.shopclues.com/3-miswaks-and-1-miswak-holder.html , this is how they describe it, "Natural miswaks with a practical, plastic pen shaped holder. Freshly harvested premium miswaks, vacum packed to maintain freshness!". Plastic made holder? with no cutter and no functions has a very low quality compared to THIS cutter case and will not keep the Miswak fresh for more a long period of time, no need to mention that plastic material can't be reused and there are several studies about plastic sever effect on human health.

Our product is new to the market, which is Middle East. And it has very high potentials and great expectation especially in the Islamic word region. Customer is satisfied by competing products which is toothbrush and tooth paste, but our product is 2in1. It will be used as toothbrush and toothpaste at same time and does not require water. And it is natural and organic toothbrush. These are make our product unique than our competitor and form a strong competitive advantage with no other company selling the same product.

7. Market Strategy

Social media will increase our brand recognition and make us more familiar and recognized by customers, and by having Twitter official account will improve brand loyalty, since researches indicates that 53% of users who follow brands in social are more loyal to those brands. Our customers will feel like they are doing business with real people rather than just a company, which make our interaction with them on social media very valuable to our company. So, we are planning to open an account on all major social media websites.

Search Engine Advertisement:

In order to get more leads and sales from the Web, we are going to invest in Google search engine's paid search to make our website appear in the first result page when searching Miswak, Siwak or relevant key words. After getting our paid listing, we are going to get our business in the top organic listing in the search results. There are several tactics to appear in search result , one of them is having a YouTube channel that communicate the product merits to customer and embedding these videos in our site to increase the chances that we’ll show up in related search results. Because a video is 60 percent more likely to get ranked in a search results. Depending on your industry, you have to choose which social site you are going to use: Twitter, Facebook or Pinterest, since it also will increase our chances of showing up on the first page of Google.
