The majority of the respondents 5 (50%) indicated that Walmart has moderately adopted e-commerce in the organization. This indicates that there is usage of e-commerce at the company though the service has not been fully adopted. However, a small number of the respondents feel that the company has not integrated e-commerce at all. This could be because of lack of understanding about the concept of e-commerce.

The majority of the respondents, 7 (70%) believe that the sales level in Walmart Company is falling. This could be as a result of the poor customer service, economic hard times or the increase in unemployment. However, a negligible number 1 (10%) disagree with the notion that the sales level in Walmart Inc. are falling. This could be as a result of the customer loyalty that Walmart has overtime been able to gather.

According to the response, the majority of the respondents 5 (50%) believe that Walmart`s customer service is bad. This judgement could have been influenced by the customer`s past discontent with the service. In addition this could include delay of service or poor delivery from the staff. A smaller number of people 2 (20%) compared to the sample believe that the level of customer service is satisfying. This could be influenced by the loyalty of the customer in the company.
