Hi,

Great paper but you have the incorrect focus. While you presented contingencies on the issues, the paper should address the project. You are only giving textbook answers of processes and not applying the knowledge to actually planning this event. You present the processes but the processes will not lead someone else to approve this project because you have not stated any details of the actions to be taken, what needs to be done. For example: If there is a fire at the convention center that you selected to hold the event, what would you do? You should plan in advance to hold the convention at another venue. It is not your concern of the fire prevention measures of someone else establishment or building. It is not the company’s building and the company would not construct a building for a convention. If the weather is bad and halts transportation to and from the hotel, airport etc., how will you transport the people to the event? If several of your 9 guest speakers cannot make it what would you do? Explain in detail. State exactly what you will do.
