What is the problem being addressed?
- Personal exposures identified.
What is the motivation behind the planning?
45 Percent Results of the Analysis
What methods were used to analyze the data?
- Appropriate recommendations made for how to handle the exposures based on frequency and severity of loss.
What assumptions were used in the analysis?
- Overview of personal insurance for clients. This includes everything on the syllabus.
Do the different analyses agree with the client’s wishes and conclusions? If not, which ones are different, and why?
· Business analysis. This includes topics discussed under business uses of Life Insurance.
· Explanation of ILIT choice or lack of choice.
Include the most informative information.
· THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROJECT IS EXPLAINING WHY YOU CHOSE TO MAKE THE RECOMMENDATIONS YOU DID.
· Be specific when you provide a recommendation. Clients care about solving problems and showing them the benefits, not just features for products and services.
15 Percent Conclusion
This section summarizes the conclusions of the plan, and discusses other issues that may need further information or evaluation.
5 Percent References
Use an acceptable style for stating the references you used.
- Make appropriate statements, leaving out material that should have been covered could cause a lawsuit will cause a major deduction. (-5 Pts per issue)
5 Percent Appendix
The appendix should contain any details that are too technical to put in the body of the paper, as well as graph that the reader may find interesting.
7 Percent Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation
Point will be taken off for incorrect spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
