A. Conduct a leadership evaluation of your own leadership by doing the following:

1. Provide a completed copy of the attached “Seven Habits Profile.”

Note: You will be required to scan a completed copy of the “Seven Habits Profile” in

order to include it as an attachment with your task submission. Complete
