ENGLISH ESSAY
Dear Mr. Dorsey,
I am writing this letter to you for two reasons, one I would like to thank you first and foremost for that you have gave the people of the free world a chance to speak, state their opinion and reject tyranny in their countries. The social network Twitter played one of the biggest roles in the history of The Arab Spring and till today still plays a major part in the free-ing of Syria and Yemen today. Mr. Dorsey I would like to thank you on behalf of the free people on this planet. Moving on to the main discussion of this letter, your social network give a direct and instant message to people across the globe, moreover its geographic technology helps people around the user see what he/she has written. If there is a ship to the world of democracy sir, you are the person who has built the ship and the user is the captain. Twitter indeed has benefited countries to defeat corrupt governments and has wiped regimes off this planet however we face one issue, unlike the media, which is always backed by a government, your social network is independent which causes the governments to stop the use of these social networks instead of buying their way into control because they cannot. Twitter is blocked in Turkey, Vietnam, North Korea, China and Iran; the names of these countries are very familiar when it comes dictatorship. People of these countries cannot communicate and are brainwashed by what is on their television because it is controlled by the government, by bypassing their infrastructure and offering a source of free media in these countries it will change them forever. It will let people know what they are missing out on and let them grasp for their freedom, although twitter was not blocked in the countries of The Arab Spring it has influenced people that they should demand for their rights, people can have the chance to demand for their rights and revolt if you could offer this service in their locations, I hope you continue to venture this network and help dissolve the rest of the regimes in this world.
