Giving and receiving feedbacks is a gift that always helps to improve our performance. Especially, when we sit a time where we all can meet to give each other the feedbacks just to help everyone to do better like what we did in the exercise. After this exercise I believe that we all got in the same page and understated each other by knowing our strength and weakness, and how we can manage that to get the best team performance in the end. We are likely using the Halo bias since we know everybody straight and weakness that will tend us to perceive other information we learned about each one.
