The roles of organization in reducing employee turnover
Every organization has a responsibility to play in reducing the levels of employee turnover by finding out the reasons that lead to it. An organization must work on reducing the rate at which its employees opt to reason. When there are a high number of people resigning in an organization, the people lose confidence in the leadership of an organization and this may damage their reputation.
Ways on reducing employee turnover
The human resource department must ensure that they foster a good working relationship with its employees to create a working environment that ensures that they achieve job satisfaction. Since most organization places a high performance expectation that the employees may not meet, they may get frustrated and dissatisfied. When an employee is satisfied with their job, they will not look for ways and means to resign and leave the organization they are working for with reasons of a bad working environment. If the employees are happy, the organization is likely to grow. The attitudes of the employees must be worked on to ensure they are positive and therefore productive.

When this is done employees will be satisfied with their job therefore causing them to stay longer and productive at an organization which is vital for its growth.
