He was so happy so he tried to help his father to put the things in the table

Yes, he want the other kid to play with him

He was a leader more than doing some discussing

He helps him self when he falls and also he tried to clean his shirt from the slide dust. He keep saying its so dirty

Not at that time. He was happy to play

Not that much. He keep calling his sister and mother

· In the playground he keep asking the kids to play with him and he was more that leader to them.

· He asked his father if he can invite them to his house, even he just met them.

He want to help with the BBQ with his parents

He went to the restroom- he asked his mother to let him go to men bathroom

Not that much he just wake up (half hour ago)

He was in really bad mood

He was so quit – don’t want anyone to touch him

General notes:

What I noticed about him this time, he was showing a normal development in all the development areas. But after he wake up he go back to be younger and he act such as a baby in 2 years old. He cried when his mother move a way from him. He understands that if he cry’s, she is going to come to him and hold him. He was more aggressive when he wakes up. Other ways, he appears socially developed and clear relationship. Also, he shows more developed on attention and remembering things. He was Involved in the play in small groups.
