Research Paper Outline
Introduction
The course project purpose is to allow me the necessary skills to use Contingency Model for leading change. The course project will enhance my knowledge of the use of Contingency Model. I will be use Fielder’s Contingency Model and Vroom-Yetton-Jago Decision-making Model for leading change. I will use these Models to solve the leading change issues in my case study after I have completely analyzed the issues in my chosen case study.
Overview
This case study is reflecting on the many issues that a large telecommunication company in North America is having leadership change. In the this study it is analyzing the following areas that the company is have issues with; overall communication between cross functional teams, improving business processes, low employee morale, change resistance among employees and lack of strategic direction. In this case study there are two theories used, The General Theory of Managerial Hierarchy, formerly known as Stratified Systems Theory and Deeming’s fourteen principle of management that are used to give recommendations to progress the effectiveness of the organization and try to resolve change management problems. The three key point that I take away from this case study; one, there are many issues that can arrive in a large company dealing with change leadership. Secondly, if the employees are happy then it will cure some of the overall issues in leadership change and finally communication must play an important role in any form of change. I believe that Fiedler's Contingency Model for leadership and Vroom -Yetton-Jago Contingency for Decision-making Model of leadership can be used to impinge on organizational change.

Recommendations
My recommendation including better communication among employee and management; this can be achieved by allow employee to be creativity, to give feedback and suggestion on how to improve internal and external communication.
My second recommendation for this company in this case study would be to work with an outside source change management team to help the present leaders and employees deal with all the organizational change.
Conclusion
In conclusion a lot of big companies deal with lot of obstacles when deal with organization changes. However, they must find ways to get their employees to overcome the obstacles because without the employee on board the company loses financial, decrease productivity, high turnover and low employee morale.
