The frequency of strategic reviews is to ensure that the objectives and goals go according to the plan, the over all strategy must be reviewed quarterly and yearly.

The plan will be a 3 to 5 strategic plan to increase sales and profits improve service taking conscious of the environment adopting an eco-friendly approach.

The middle managers at all locations has to report the progress to the Chief Executive officer.

It is important to communicate the progress. Also at the end of each stage is important to give acknowledge the end of that stage, also to highlight the end of each process and the beginning of the other. To avoid the personal to think they are working in a continuous cycle without end.

If any changes go to be considered is important to know the reason for those change. An ask WHY THE GOALS ARE BEHIND THE SCHEDULE?

Adequate resources refer to equipment, facilities training, and money between others. The financial records from the last years (2 ton 4) years will be analyzed.

The Hoffman Trucking growth revenue strategy within the next 3 to 5 years is 12%

To do that Hoffman will increase their offering to existing customers on specializing products and service alternatives. Adding value to the customer and more profit for Hoffman.

The purpose is to increase loyalty and sales also to strengthen the relationship to existing customers

With the expiation of service offerings Hoffman look to attract new customers with more service in specialized shipments requirements also bringing more profit because the complexity of the service required.

The ISO 9002 certification that provide confidence on the shipping services to the customers on the processes and merchandise handling.

The new 12 hours lead time shipping request system enabling the company to respond more effectible to the customers needs. Make Hoffman more aggressive than their competitors in the market.

Huffman expansion of services to customers that ship and receive products from and to Asia Pacific in partnering to overseas companies will be an increment of business and profits to the projected 12% growth for the following 2 to 5 years.
