Building Project Requirements
Contractors
Project leader
Building permits
Framing and drywall contractors
This project is a building project where the contractors are needed to design and supervise the building project. The contractors will ensure that the building project follows the exact design and also meets the building time given by the sponsor. The leader of the project is me and my work will be ensuring that all the building materials needed for the project are in place. My work will be to oversee the whole project as well as manage it. before the building project kicks off, the building permits have to be issued. Unfortunately, we will have to wait for 3 weeks for the building permits. The framing and drywall contractors will also be involved in the building project though only half of their crew will participate in the project because the time does not allow all of them due to other awaiting jobs.

Project Schedule
Obtain building permits in the first three weeks
Prepare all the building materials in one month
The framing and drywall contractors will take 1 month to finish their work
The final building of the warehouse will be done in 1 month
In the last 1 week we will finalize and present the project to the sponsor
(Kymmell, 2008)
In the first three weeks of the project, I will be busy obtaining the building permits of the project. The project cannot commence without the building permits. After obtaining the building permits, I will prepare all the building materials in a period of one month. One month will be enough for me to get all the building materials ready. After that, there will be two more months and one week remaining before the expiry of the project time frame (Kymmell, 2008). One month will be used by the framing and drywall contractors to do their part of the project and the final month will involve project finalizing ands then present the finished project to the sponsor in the final week.

Building Permits
Building permit
Electrical permit
Plumbing permit
Roofing permit
Our project requires several types of permits so as to avoid any problems in future. We are going to acquire building permit which will grants us full rights to build in our design of our choice. The second permit is the electrical permit which will cater for the electrification of the building, the building is a commercial building and thus it will require a lot of electricity. In addition, water and sewerage system will be compulsory requirements in the building project and thus plumbing permit will be obtained and finally we have the roofing permit which gives us the right to use the kind of roofing we want without any interfgerences from the authorities.

Building Permit
It is needed for all commercial development
It involves plumbing fixture count form
It has a housing and development tax form
It has the energy code compliance
In the building permit, there are a number of requirements which are included there. These requirements involve the plumbing fixture form which shows all the bill needed for plumbing. In addition to that, we also have the housing and development tax form which shows that tax requirements to be paid in acquisition of that house. In any building permit there is usually the energy code compliance which is the agreement involving electricity supply. One has to comply with the codes of energy supply so as to ensure steady supply of energy.

The cost of the project
Payment of workers will cost $1000,000
Hiring a new contractor will cost $200,000
Project materials are $500,000 worth
Expenses of worth $300,000
The whole project will cost $2 million
(Bolles, 2002).
The whole project will cost two million dollars where 1 million dollars will cater for workers salaries. Hiring a new contractor to assist in framing and drywall will cost the company $200,000. this will be a nit expensive but it will be necessary so as to help the company in effective construction. The project will involve a lot of materials which will cost $500,000 plus expenses of $300,000 worth (Bolles, 2002).
