1. Take the “Measure of Argumentativeness” (p. 101). Evaluate your results and write a

short essay covering: a) Your results, b) List at least three ways leaders can work with

people who are less argumentative and people who are highly argumentative to enhance

work communication (p. 102-103). Remember to use references from textbook and other

sources.
