Blueprints

We started with a general blueprint, but when we actually started building, we had to make a few adjustments in order to either help guide objects or complete steps in a new manner.

Struggles

The car kept failing to operate as planned and would not hit the target.

The eraser and lid relationship was difficult to balance every time.

The first marble was too fast and would not stay on the track, therefore we added less steep ramps and duct tape walls.

The second group of marbles were precarious and needed a funnel to go where they were supposed to go.

Extra pencils were needed to keep the cups in position so that the car/marbles would fall correctly every time.

It was difficult to find a lamp/switch that would work for our design.

Construction

During building, work was split up in order to speed up process

When obstacles came up, we brain stormed together to come up with a solution

We did all the building inside of the lab

First 9 steps completed on the first build, last step and adjustments were made during the second build.
