Individual behaviors have most dramatic impact on the organization’s performance .An organization comprises of individuals thus being a social entity.

Attitude determines whether one has the desire or not. Ability and desire to perform a task makes one to perform a task well. Values and beliefs also attribute to the way we perform a task in an organization. Bootzin, R., Loftus, E., Zajonc, R. (1983), attributes that perception is the way one understands information. Social norms include eating and dressing and it may affect the organization either positively or negatively. Faith and culture also affects an organization. Racism, tribalism and morality contribute too.

Work setting may contribute to these behaviors such as leadership style used by the manager those who are taking managerial roles; Bureaucratic and autocratic kind of leadership may affect individual’s behavior. Motivation enhances the desire to perform. Communication should be both downward and upward. Employees are satisfied if they are remunerated properly. Stress faced from an organization, no job security and lack of ethics from those in management.

Implications of these behaviors for recruiting and training new employees should be looked upon. Organizational development would be enhanced if at all the behavior is appealing.
