Section I - Project Summary: In this section, you will provide at least a one paragraph (4 complete

 Describe the purpose of the project (e.g.. the installation of a new computer system; the

construction of a new home; the building of a new school dorm)

 Identify who will be your customer (e.g., the accounting department; my family; the school’s

football team)

 Identify when you plan to start the project and when the project should end. (e.g., beginning

August 2015 and ending May 2016)

Section II -Project Goals & Objectives: In this section, you will provide a two paragraph (4 complete

sentences per paragraph) summary that identifies and describes the goals & objectives of your

project

My Chosen project is

Create a WBS for wireless infrastructure within a local school district

a) Develop a multilevel work breakdown structure (WBS) and create a detailed project schedule in MS Project for the project you identified.  Note: The project must consist of at least twenty-five (25) tasks. Each task must have a start date, a finish date, and assigned main staffing and non-staffing resources.

b) Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:

1) Define the scope of the project in which you include the project goals and objectives, deliverables, tasks, costs, deadlines, and expected main staffing and non-staffing resources needed.

2) Determine the phase of your project which will present the greatest challenge. Next, provide one (1) strategy that you would use in order to address the challenge in question. Provide a rationale to support your response.

· Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
