It is a wedding between two individuals from different cultures, where marriage rituals and practices differ. Striking a balance to accommodate both families is proving difficult. The two have different religious orientation, education level and from different tribes. However they have common country of origin and language. The issue is proving difficult for wedding organizers.
· Describe the decision.
The two major decisions to be made is the cultural venue that wedding should take place whether it is at the prides place or the groom place. Because it is a marriage between pride of Indian origin and a conservative Christian groom, according to Indian traditions it should be held at prides place but majority Christians hold the ceremony at grooms home.
· Discuss the process that must be taken to make the decision
The process involves consulting both the pride and the groom’s families and also approaching the religious leaders or both families on the way forward. Once they have been reached separately then a meeting is arranged for both families so that they can strike a common ground.

· Describe the problem solving strategies that you would use to resolve the challenges associated with your selected scenario.
