Top Gear is looking to manufacture a new GPS Tracking System in doing so we want to use some of the stakeholders to participate in the operation of designing GPS Tracking System that will produce the results desired in the wat the tracking system will determine location.. The reason why we have chosen the particular stakeholders is because of their knowledge and their background in tracking devices. We have Michelle Kessler who is the CEO and has been a CEO of several companies and understands the technology companies as well as a divisions of companies that manufacture GPS tracking devices
We have Juan Bertini who is the CFO and used to be the CFO of Apple and is capable of forecasting financial status for the company as well is helping the marketing department gets through any hurdles that they need to get through. His background is in financial which will help us determine budgets as well as spending so therefore he is one of the major stakeholders for the company.
We also chose Joseph Dixon who will be the marketing director and his background comes from a long string of marketing ideas such as branding and innovation so we believe that technology will be his strongest point and that he would be a crucial part to this project, because of this as well.
We also have Leah De Roux who is the human resource manager and can provide knowledge on employment laws as well as hiring of the correct individuals, she brings to the table a very good knowledge of reading resumes and able to pick out people were going to be star performers.
Sharon glass who will be the director of research and development brings to the table the knowledge and the know-how on producing GPS tracking device in a manner that will be above other devices that are out there on the market. Her idea is the GPS product therefore she stands as a high impact stakeholder because of her ideals and the way that she is able to research the product develop it and put it out on the market for the company.
