Self-Experiment Assignment
In my assignment, I have considered the weight loss scheme that will see the participants cut weight within a shorter period of time. In this scheme, the length of time needed on daily basis is constant at 45 minutes. Where daily progress is my independent variables (IV) and the weight loss is dependent variables (DV).
Table 1: Ten point rating scale
It is used to indicate the level of improvement as per the progress of body weight is administered. The individuals can use this scale to make personal judgment of his or her perspective of exercise and improvement on the top and bottom of scale respectively.
