Design view Of the Upgrade list: C:\Users\ershad\Pictures\Capture 1.PNG

Design view of the upgrade list:

As in above table shows the data of the employee Information, Computer, Network information and Upgrade information. It also shows off the employee field of work and the data about the title of job title. The one more thing it was tabulated in ascending order which starts with last name followed by first name ,job title, location, upgrade group and date.

Importantly the key acts as Employee information was as foreign key which is the most primary one. It also express their information of computer as ID, part of computer upgrade information.

The upgrade group , Current Operating system version, Upgrade version and finally upgrade date was listed above in the screen shot.it was tabulated by 20 groups , two different current operating system versions and only one upgrade version.

The following shows the group list and date it was upgraded

Group 2: 14-January-2015

Group 3: 19-January-2015

Group 4: 21-January-2015

Group 5: 26-January-2015

The above shows individual information who works in the organization their designation, location, Upgrade information followed by the date upgraded.

Network Configuration

The network configuration is described as layout of networking components which are in the network. It explains overall overview of connections of all the networking components which are in the network.

The networking components in the above figure are Servers, Ethernet cable, Routers, desktops, and printers. The figure uses the bus topology. Ethernet cable works like the common bus for all the network components in the system.

Ethernet Cable:

Ethernet is simply a protocol maintain as link between two of more computer system and shares the information between the systems forms as local area network(LAN).This is a cable network it needs wires in order to connect to each system. Signaling specifications can also be sum up to this Ethernet cable. In its network server and printer were also included. In this it accepts the data and responds to the clients under Local Area Network. And printing information as mentioned above.

Router:

Router is nothing but networking device which forward or gain data among the two or more computer networks that were on Local area networks. In the above figure, the router was connected to internet and Ethernet cable. It acts as a traffic controller in networking. We camn also express it As mediating device. First it reads the data where to send and then send the information to the particular destination.

Fire wall:

In order to protect the systems or system networking from un authorized access fire wall is used. It has set of rules and information to read the data bytes and then forward any kind of information. If at only it was authorized data it accepts to forward or else it simply discard the information.

Servers:

Servers were used to accept and respond upon the client request and then give out the related information to the clients in detailed manner. The return response is very relevant by theses servers.

Internet protocol addresses (Ip):

Internet protocol address is very important. It’s just like the name and address for a particular system. It main importance is in addressing the location and identification of network interface. it’s very easy to read Ip address.

According to me one more important thing which I missed out and was important to know was Switch. Network diagram may get lacked in its absence. Network switches allow connecting multiple connections so that it communicates the multiple systems over a parallel time.

Switches were connected to systems, printers, servers with in a local area of networking simply Ethernet LAN Networks. Switches identify the systems based on the MAC address. It behaves like hub between the multiple systems. They were also used as joining segments. It maintains the MAC address and ports.
