The problems that the company faces are many but the main ones are bad leadership, lack of diversity, discrimination as well as sexual harassment. However, this challenges are manageable and can be well handled by employing a number of ways that will make the organization a transparent place to work and all habitable for all the people working there. The stakeholders in the company have an obligation of looking for ways of solving these problems and ensuring that both the workers and customers are satisfied with the conditions and services of the organization. Following are a few ways in which some of these organization problems can be solved and managed.

Bad leadership has been a real problem for many companies and our company as well is faced with bad leadership within different departments. This problem can be solved by empowering different people from all the departments to take management lessons so that they can have the skills needed to become better leaders, and this can be helpful to the organization (Gilliland, Steiner, & Skarlicki, 2007). By training more people to become leaders there will be competition in the leadership and management levels and due to these, those in these positions will have to do their best and this will see our company having good leadership.

The organization as well should ensure that the people hired are from genders, all tribes, and all ages. This will increase diversity in the organization as it will not be dominated by people of the same type and this will give the organization an upper hand having divergent views and different energies and motivations which will improve the companies productivity. This is also important since it will as well help solve the problem of discrimination as people will learn to respect and appreciate each other since they have already learned to work with all people from different walks of live. The company should as well learn to hire people only basing on merit and no other discriminatory criterion.

Finally, the problem of sexual harassment can be solved in a number of ways, and some of them is imposing severe penalties for those found harassing others. For example if an employee is found harassing the other, he should face prosecution and even lose his job if proven guilty. Also, offices should be designed in ways that they are transparent, and somebody passing can easily see through. Also, offices should be occupied with more than one person as this will help in respecting each other and always acting like each other’s watchdog.

Some of the ethics that could help our organization to protect it from ethical challenges include the responsibility issue. Workers in the organization should show the utmost responsibility and should be encouraged always to behave responsibly so that in future they will have no issues with responsibility (Thayer, 1973). Also, the organization should the clear with organization time and make workers believe that irrespective of the position one is holding, time should be kept.

This will help solve the problems of some people coming to work late and leaving early knowing they are not answerable to anybody since they are on top of the pyramid. Each worker should understand how to keep organizational time separate from their own time. This will help in maximizing the productivity since time is an important factor in production. Time disciple now will help avoid problems with time in future as this will be cultivated in the organization culture, and this help avoid future ethical challenges.

Also, it is important to outline what qualifications one needs to be hired in the organization and also take various positions. At times, there are ethical challenges of people allied to the management needing promotions without having the prior education background. Setting the rules and floors for education background, this challenge will not erupt in future, and this is seen as an incentive for the organization (Kaptein, 2012).

This information will help the charitable cause of helping the less fortunate people since by helping solving the organizational problems will help make it produce more. This is in turn will increase the organizational income and thus there will be a surplus that can be used to help other people. Also, it will help create more jobs, and other people will get the chance of working and getting an income. It is also helpful as it can make workers more responsible and at large it can help the country. By the organization solving its problems in terms of ethics it means more people are available to teach other people on responsible behaving.

Also, this information will be helpful for the company, and its employees since each worker will be treated equally, and this will motivate them into working harder and increasing the quality of products and services. When workers are satisfied, it will be translated into customers being satisfied, and this may help in keeping the organization being competitive. It is said that a satisfied customer is a returning customer, and if our organizations customers are satisfied they will always come back and we will make more.

This information also since already we have seen how it can help in increasing the organization’s revenue can help in making the workers earn more and thus improving their lives. Therefore is very evident that by first identifying the company problems and them solving them is very important to the organization, the community, and the workers
