Introduction
Through careful consideration our team has come up with several methods for optimizing our opportunity of success. We will be defining important characteristics of our team trough documentation, scheduling, definable measures, limiting risk, managing quality and enhancing communication. By creating measurable for these methods we hope to achieve optimal outcome for each project.
Documentation
Documentation can be one of the most pivotal aspects of pre and post project management. By reviewing previous documentation of each member you can analyze their skill set and create strategic placemat within the team. This will ensure optimal output for the project. The post documentation of a team member will allow them to review their strengths and weaknesses with management and receive coaching with any gray areas. This will also create a template for the next team leader or manager.
