journal 2 The world vision is a Christian union organization interested in making a difference in the society manly the poor children. The main headquarter currently is in Monrovia, California. The major branch offices are located in Geneva, Nairobi, Bangkok and Los Angeles. Its mission is to promoting transformation of human beings by helping the poor and oppressed, and ensuring that justice is practiced. The organization ensures community development and sustainability with children being the main target. As a Christian partnership they value people and believe in the sharing with the poor and their belief in God unites them and makes them stronger in pursuing their mission (Roth, 2015) The organization’s partners and any interested party offer donations to the organization. It is alert to any life-risking issues and always tries to hand in help in case of emergency. World vision’s donations are tax deductible either full or in bits. The organization faces challenges in addressing the unending problems in specially developing countries. It is trying to find solutions by creating awareness and attracting more donors and coming up with preventive measures to certain issues such as malaria preventive measures among many others (Roth, 2015) The Coca-Cola Company is a profit making organization that deals with production of beverages for consumers. Its mission is to refresh the world and produce products that are in line with the need and wants of the society. The company is entitled to producing a product portfolio that caters for the varied needs of consumers. The company faces competition from companies like Pepsi but it still emerges the first in the production of soft drinks. The company is wide and earn profits of about $1 to $2.5 million yearly with the staff members of about 10-19 million (Kalakumari, 2013) The company production is less diversified compared to its competitor and this is a threat to the company bur it has made efforts in strengthening their market strategy and coming up with a sophisticated method of winning over customers mainly through adverts and low pricing.
