Question # 1: Should taxes on people making over 250,000 a year be changed?

Tax Laws Governing People Making Over 250,000 a Year Should Definitely Be Changed?

People earning over $250, 000 a year should be taxed as heavily or more than the poor and

middle class citizens of the United States who are often unfairly taxed on the money they do not

have thus necessitating a total rewriting of our tax legislations. The Congress of the United States

is the targeted audience for this research paper.

“President Obama’s proposal to let the Bush tax cuts expire for married taxpayers

making over $250,000 and single taxpayers making over $200,000 sounds simple enough. If you

make less than those amounts, nothing changes; if you make more, you pay the old Clinton-era

tax rates. Right?”

2) Should Transport Security (TSA) Regulations Be Changed?

Advocating the Amending of Laws Regarding Transport Security (TSA) in 2015

As a result of the tragedies that occurred in September 11 of 2001 and the attacks that were

targeted on the United States of America, cyber security laws regarding transportation by air,

sea, vehicular transportation, and pedestrians ought to be changed. These attacks have been

attributed to terrorist activities and have the potential to recur in the future. This topic, as a focal

point of this study is crucial to the general safety and security of the citizens of the United States

of America and the entire world in order to avoid other recurrences of September 11 and

copycats that may further endanger lives globally and damage property as well. This study is

therefore directed to legislators and to the audience of general citizens of the United States and

the world who may feel threatened and endangered by cyber security issues if they are not

adequately protected by the law.

18) Should Laws Governing Nursing Homes Be Changed?

Legal Responsibilities Governing Nursing Homes: Why Laws

Existing in 2015 Should Be Amended

The contemporary laws governing the running of nursing homes need to be amended in

order to protect the lives and welfare of patients and also to maintain the legal responsibilities of

the health-care providing institutions. Several legal issues challenge and confront the day-to-day

legal responsibilities governing nursing homes and cause lawsuits to be incurred by these

healthcare providing institutions. Several occurrences in nursing cause the inmates to have

several negative experiences: these may be incidents that follow the patient throughout life, life-

threatening occurrences, or they may even result in mortality. Many of these patients confined to

nursing homes may be suffering from terminal illnesses and others may be geriatric patients,

often without friends or family to come to their defense. The laws as they exist in 2015 are often

obsolete and impractical and often fail to address lawsuits that originate from persons who are

being frivolous, malicious, or fraudulent. It is with the above-mentioned as my rationale that this

topic has been selected for my research paper with my targeted audience being administrators

who need to collectively lobby for these laws to be amended to protect the rights of these nursing

homes against lawsuits regarding quality of patient care provided, general safety of nursing

homes, billing, and other issues.

Research Proposal

Subject of my paper: Nursing

Aims and objectives: The aim of my study is to evaluate the factors which are indicative to bring the change in exiting nursing laws.

Research Questions: Is there a need for bringing changes in exiting nursing laws to make the nursing laws more effective?

My thesis Statement: Nursing Laws must be revised to make nursing practices more effective.

Approach to the subject of my paper

The laws governing the operation of nursing laws should be modified in order to protect the lives and well-being of patients and also to keep the legal responsibilities of providing care institutions (Tingle & Cribb, 2013). Several legal issues and challenges facing the legal responsibilities of daily nursing and causes of claims experience these health facilities it provides. It is with the above as my reason is that this issue has been selected for my research with my target audience to be administrators who need to lobby collectively to these laws should be changed to protect the rights of these nursing are complaints about the quality of patient care, the general safety of nurses and related issues .

Nursing practice requires special knowledge, skill and independent decisions. Nursing careers take very different forms - focused practice varies according to the configuration, by type of customer, the different disease, the medical approach or level of rehabilitation.

For the care of endangering the public if it was done by professionals who are unprepared or incompetent, the state, through its police power, it is necessary to protect its citizens from danger. This protection in the form of reasonable rules to regulate nursing.

Research Methodology

The method of research that will be used for this study will be mixed, which will include both, the qualitative and quantitative research methods. A quantitative method involves consistent interview and opinion, the study of great models and the submission of statistical testing for impartial dimension and quantification of circumstances to test hypotheses and to verify statistical correlations. A qualitative method describes, interprets and understands the contexts, the institution of organizations or typologies and the generation of hypotheses.

Measurement Strategies

Average measures will be used in the study while descriptive and inferential statistics will be used for papers study. The thought of arithmetical meaning showed study and understanding of all measureable data will be useful on the collected facts. Statistically significant alterations in the facts will be the pointers of effective investigational manipulation and supported by the hypothesis. The level of quantities approved for the study is imperative for the strength of the study and outcomes. Measurements adopted in this study should be adequate for the variables mean examined.

Research conduction

The processes of conduction of this proposed study will include searching, analysis and evaluation of the various reports, researches and studies relating to the ban on cell phone use while driving. Also, the conduction of the study will also include methods of investigating views of the general public regarding such traffic safety laws being standardized. This collection of primary information will significantly append in the proposed implications to the targeted audience.

Ethical Consideration

The conduct and the results of a study can be put in jeopardy with failure in identification and addressing of ethical issues. Set out in the Belmont report (1979), the basic ethical principles will be followed in the proposed research that includes: reverence for individuals; Justice; and Beneficence. Several considerations like confidentiality, anonymity, protection of participants, and informed consent.

Intended audience: It is with the above-mentioned as my rationale that this topic has been selected for my research paper with my targeted audience being administrators who need to collectively lobby for these laws to be amended to protect the rights of these nursing homes against lawsuits regarding quality of patient care provided, general safety of nursing homes, billing, and other issues.
