Policemen of the World Thesis and Outline
The United States military are the policemen of the world in many nations, and one such example is Iraq. Also, most Americans support the fact that the United States should become involved in other nation’s affairs since it has the needed capability.
Justification- Almost every human being wants to live in the world where policemen exist. Unfortunately, some outlaws have come about in various nations such as Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, and Somalia, among others. If the United States, the military did not take on the role of policemen of the world many innocent people would be harmed and others would even lose their lives. In the past, individuals such as Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler decided that they would take over the world in the most ruthless manner, and there were no policemen to control. Fortunately, the United States has taken over the role as a policeman to address such issues.
Upon the end of the Civil War as well as the middle of the 20th century, the United States continues to be a dominant force in matters that concern international relations. Some people claim that the United States military acts in the capacity of the world police, and this seems to be true based on certain events that have taken place in the past and recent times. The American military action abroad confirms that the nation has decided to take up the role of policemen of the world such as in Iraq. Furthermore, controversy has existed because members of the American public have different views concerning the deployment of its military to various parts of the world such as Iraq and Afghanistan. Those that support American deployment claim that the nation has the strongest military, is devoted to liberalism, and it has an extremely vibrant economy. The Americans that are against the involvement claim that a lot of needed resources are being wasted in the involvement.
