Set the Lab, Exam, and Project percentages to Percent format with 1 decimal place. Use Class percentages should be Percent format with 2 decimal places. Then if a Student's Class percentage is at or exceeds the minimum for a C, give him/her a :) for Passing, if not then a ):. If their Class percentage is at or exceeds the minimum for a B, give him/her a :) as an Aide, or leave the cell blank. And she means blank, not a 0.
