1. A review of the nine benefits from the cloud first policy

The cloud first policy helps the IT sector through improved efficiency, agitation, and innovation. The three concepts have nine different ways that an organization using the cloud first policy in its IT department benefits from. Such an organization has improved utilization of company assets. As a result, the company can realize increased productivity and easy achievement of organizational goals.

The proper utilization aspect of the cloud first policy helps in the reduction of fragmented IT system applications, data, and infrastructure. Thus, the policy helps in the elimination of data duplication in the IT systems, consolidating of the data center. Also, the It system becomes simpler and more productive, more scalable and responsive and improves service delivery in the IT sector. Due to high efficiency and innovation, it encourages aspect especially to the culture of entrepreneurship because of it capability in reducing risks

Different organizations from the country's public service have embraced the cloud first policy in their IT systems. However, they all seem to benefit from the policy in different ways thus entirely improving their level of efficiency and service delivery to the citizen. TANF is the public program responsible for offering cash assistance to low-income families with children. However, the sector has been challenged by numerous laws and limitations as to how the industry carries on it functions. As a result, the sectors level and quality of performance remains restricted and, on the other hand, the number of low-income families with children is on the rise. As a result, the application of the cloud first policy is the best solution. The policy is said that it can help the sector to improve efficiency and accountability. This shall in return save the government from having to fix restricting laws in the industry so that the quality of service can be high and speedy.
