We’re rolling out a new approach to performance management at Cigna. It’s called Connect for Growth – and it’s designed to help you grow, connect with each other, strengthen your relationship with your manager and empower Cigna to better serve our customers.
Please join me for an overview of Connect for Growth. During the briefings, I will highlight the changes to the process and share what they mean to you as an employee at Cigna. We’ll save plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
To accommodate our global audience, we are offering four events: one streaming video meeting on June 16, and three conference calls. Please select the time that works best for you. The presentation and materials will be available prior to the briefings in all languages through this link. [Note to reviewers: the presentations will be available and posted by June 15 for employees to view.] We will also share a replay of the briefing once the calls have been completed.
