Thanks for Symphony

The future belongs to various and different kinds of people who pose different intellectual abilities which may include storytellers, investors, artists and right-brain thinkers whose abilities determine who becomes not just successive but way ahead of the majority. Drawing his references from various authors from the globe, Pink outlines the six fundamental human abilities that are essentials for professional success and personal fulfillment (In the 21st century. Keep in mind that this is Pink’s opinion/argument. We need a list of the 6 senses!!). Pink further elaborates how one can master and put them into practice. (Is there a thesis here?)

According to Pink, design is no longer sufficient for one to come up with a system, service or product. It is has become economically significant and personally satisfying for one to create something that has esthetic value, emotionally engaging or whimsical (H, 2006). People have to present a compelling narrative that is the primary essence of communication, persuasion and the ability to understand oneself. Stories are the fundamental instrument for thought, and it is our chief means of looking into the future, of predicting planning and explaining (Daniel, 2005). Symphony is something regarded as a composition of different elements and is understood and developed through drawing. People who hope to thrive in the conceptual age must understand the connections between diverse and seemingly separate disciplines to be able to create new (Daniel, 2005).

Empathy is the ability to share and understand what another person is experiencing from the other person's frame of reference or just the capacity to imagine yourself in someone else’s position and intuit what that person is feeling, to see with their eyes and feel with their hearts. Several evidences that highlight the great health and professional benefits of laughter, humor, lightheartedness, and games. There is time for everything, a time to be serious and a time for games and leisure. (Pink, 2005). Searching for meaning (Capitalize the M in Meaning. Basically, you’ve stealthily introduced the six senses that Pink is championing. ) is a desire. People have enough to live, but nothing to live for, they have the means but no meaning. To achieve gratification in life one needs to use the innate signature strengths. (Pink, 2006).

In my opinion (Leave out “in my opinion.” The whole essay is your opinion. I need you to clealrly list the six senses, not just sneak them in like you did), from the above of the six senses listed by Pink, of most important in the immediate future is symphony. Symphony, which involves the creativity of crossing the boundaries of domains, enables one to see relationships that the rest of us never notice. It underlines most of the other senses for example design. For an individual to come up with a new product or system, the individual requires the ability to derive relations in various concepts and disciplines a thing that may not be obvious to many. Human processes are largely metaphorical which needs an individual to understand one thing in terms of something else which is an important element of the symphony hence helps in understanding others. Symphony enables enterprises of all kinds to create new products and services, enhance existing ones, and invent entirely new business models. (Cite Pink somewhere in here.)

Symphony makes products easier to use, faster and cheaper, and likes blaze new trails that can make a product grateful. For example, we design a corporate identity (You are TELLING us here, not SHOWING us. Show us! Give an example) to match the perspective of your company and to be attractive to your target market whilst differentiating you from your competitors and win most of contracts and tenders, and attracts excellent talents work for the company. Moreover, with the expansion of the enterprises (, “the enterprises.” WHAT enterprises? You haven’t discussed o r introduced any). opening the new market space and founding the new industrial shape, companies will developing health and sustainable. (?? not clear. Bad grammar here)

Companies not only blaze new trails but also focus on service; therefore, the company will gain lots of feedback, and better know what the market is. Product is the first element, and service is ‘the secondary core competitiveness’. On the other hand, service, which is a new market system, is playing an increasingly important part. For instance, the convenience of mobile services will enable travelers to be more productive by having just-in-time data pushed to them base on situational circumstances and geographic (How is this Symphony?) location.

With the rapid development of society, people are becoming cleverer and developing new models of making money. Nowadays, so many companies are looking for someone who makes more money for companies. Companies are willing to pay high salaries for these people who can improve their business. These people have to have at least two abilities so that they are able to get jobs. First, people should have enough faith in themselves and in their professional ability, and cope with job pressure and resolve problems proactively. Second (source? Give us a source for where you got your ideas), they also need a good communication skill. People need to deal with the relationship between the colleagues for better work. Moreover, symphony also is appropriate for a successful business man. A successful business man should find out problems, and problems can be solve through communication. Therefore, the man should have observation ability, communication skill, and solving problem skills. Symphony, which is the ability to organize all the pieces, helps people to find a good relationship between unrelated fields. It is a centripetal force making boss and employees unite and support with each other, and enable them to exchange ideas.

In conclusion, the six fundamental human abilities outlined by Pink are essential for an individual‘s recognizable success in the conceptual age. Though one may be perceived to be of more importance than the other, each of them has a significant role to play in the success and cannot be done away with. In order to achieve one successively, an intervention of one or more of the others is needed so that their combination yields better results. Mastery of the senses ( Mastery of Pink’s six senses … to be precise but now you are off topic, which is to argue in favor of Symphony.)is essential for the survival in the conceptual age.

I don’t think you showed us enough examples of how Symphony works and how it is better than the other senses. You talked a lot about stuff that doesn’t seem to be Symphony. Show us HOW Symphony works.
