Final Reflection

Due: Thursday, 4/30

Learn to live beyond your mistakes.

When you attempt anything ambitious, you are going to make mistakes. The biggest achievements are often those that result from the biggest mistakes. You will achieve success when you refuse to let mistakes stop you. Find a way to let those mistakes teach you. Move beyond them to your next success.

Kick it up a notch! Whatever your goals (pay off your bills, get unstuck or get rid of that toxic relationship) it will require a commitment on your part to kick it up a notch. It will take more work, more diligence and a greater commitment to create a life that you can be proud of and feel good about. Kick it up a notch!

Focus on recharging your batteries, and clearing out all of the things in your life that no longer fit or do not represent who you are. Move with a sense of urgency to create a space that allows you to become centered, grounded and connected with your mental and emotional power. Kick it up a notch!

Reflection questions:

Do you feel that you were ambitious enough to reach your academic and personal goals? If so what helped you maintain your persistence? If you were not ambitious enough, when did you lose your motivation and why? It’s been said that the biggest mistakes are the ones we do not learn from. What did your mistakes teach you?

What did you learn about yourself this academic semester that will help you “Kick it up a notch?” Where do you feel that you still need some work to improve on yourself? What areas of your life require more diligence and a greater commitment for you to feel accomplished? What will help you keep motivated next time you face a challenge?

Your paper should be 1-2 pages, double spaced, 1 inch margins, times new roman.
