Thesis
A business financial and operational success depends largely on the business entity selected by the owner.
Introduction:
When a person wants to begin a business, he should decide the form of business entity that fits his business plan before selecting one. On the other hand with expansion of a business, a person can change business entity. For example one can move from sole proprietorship to a corporation entity. It is the business form that determines the income tax return type that a businessman files. There are common forms of business entities that include sole proprietorship, the partnership, corporations, as well as S corporation. A new business entity called Limited Liability Company (LLC) has also been allowed by the state statute. Before selecting the right business entity, legal and tax considerations should to be properly weighed.

Acme Fireworks business requires to operate under the right form of business form. This will greatly determine the success of the business. Generally, if Acme Fireworks decide to operate under corporation entity, it will not be liable of debts incurred against it. Shareholders will also risk their equity under corporation. They will also manage to raise more funds through selling shares under this entity.
