The following short demonstration is done in Microsoft 2013. If you are using an earlier version of powerpoint or the Mac version, your screens may look different.
To create a powerpoint, select File/New and choose a template to fit your presentation. I'm going to choose this one for my demonstration.
First, let's create the title slide described in the assignment - select new slide, click title and content, which will create a new slide.
Click the title section and add a title. Click the content section and add your name, your instructor's name, the date, and the course title.
Go back up to the top slide and press the delete key to remove the first slide because we don't need it.
Add a new slide by clicking the new slide button and selecting one of the format options - I'm going to select this format for my slide.
Give it a title, then click the left side and add your content. Remember to include no more than three bullet points in this slide. You can add text or multimedia in either side of this slide. I'm going to add text on this side.
On the other side I'll include a Youtube video by going to the Insert tab at the top and selecting Video in the media option, or I can select the video link icon in the slide. I'll search for computer ethics in the search tool.
Create two additional slides using the formats of your choice and insert content appropriate to your own key points in computer ethics.
Create a final slide that will contain the reference information for the sources in the presentation. This is my reference information, be sure to include your own reference information.
After completing your presentation, proof read your work, save the file, and upload the file for grading.
