Stress may impact an individual in several ways.

Impact of the stress may be physical, emotional and cognitive.

Signs of the stress have been varied in everybody, with few persons expressing much more physical signs such as fatigue and high-blood pressure and the others expressing much more emotions and cognitive signs such as depression and irritability.
