Interview Questions

The five interview questions below are required for your classmate interview. You are expected to create five additional questions to ask your classmate.

A friend of mine would describe me as a fun loving, always moving, creative type individual with a big heart.

2. What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort? The need to succeed in everything that I do. Describe a situation in which you did so. I work with a lot of young people who are not driven to put forth their best effort but want the best in life for no work. I try to show them that the best things in life are not given but earned.

3. Describe a situation in which you had to work with a difficult person (another student, co-worker, customer, supervisor, etc.). I transferred to a different office & team doing the same job and the supervisor was threatened by my presence on his team. How did you handle the situation? I continued to do the job the I was trained to do & spoke with the supervisor directly about us working together as a team. Is there anything you would have done differently in hindsight? No. The conversation was awkward to say the least but we determined that the job had to go on in the end.

4. What two or three accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction? Getting married and having children. Why? I married a help mate that compliments every aspect of my life and we encourage the best in each other. We have our share of disagreements like the next but the good times out way the bad. My children, now adults, are a blessing because they are intelligent, humble, given of their hearts, and respectful. They want to do best by their parents while creating their own individual marks on society.
