This is a three-part project consisting of a Linguistic A autobiography (A), the Linguistic Biography of one of your colleagues (B), and a comparison plus analysis (C) of the similarities and differences between A and B.

For the Linguistic Autobiography (A), you want you want to explore your own linguistic history in 2-3 pages. Here are some ideas: what language was spoken at home? At school? What ideologies about language were you exposed to? How should dialects be viewed? Languages change? What is your linguistic self-image? What is your attitude/perception? Do you remember being corrected for the way you said something or for the way you used language in writing? Who did the correcting and what reason was giving? Have you studied a foreign language? At what level? What would it take for you to survive in a country where that language is spoken?

Things about me that could help for writing this paper.
