Paper
Based on your reading of your chosen ethnography, write a 3-page paper (double-spaced) in which you:
(1) Give the full name of the ethnography, the author, the publisher and date of publication
(2) (2) Explain why you chose this ethnography.
(3) Describe and explain two or three points from the book you think are especially important or are the author's major thesis.
(4) Relate these points, if possible, to the kinds of values and value conflicts we've been discussing in class.
(5) Discuss the pros and cons of the author's major points from your perspective.
Format
· 3 pages (not 2 and a line or two on page 3)
· Double-spaced, 12-point or smaller font
· Do not use a separate sheet for a title page. Instead, put a heading on the top of page 1 of your text:
· ANTH 310
· Date
· Your name
· My name
· Do not use a separate sheet to list the ethnography like a bibliographic entry. Skip that part.
· Additional sources are not required, but if you do check other works, list those is a short List of References at the end of the last page of text. No need to use a separate sheet.
