Automatic Retrieval of Information

Automatic retrieval of information in the company will be of great importance in controlling and ensuring proper access to stored information by the employees of the company.

Relocating Warehouses

Reduce Probability of Losses

The proposal, to reduce warehouse movements, has been put forward to reduce the costs incurred by the company while lifting raw materials from the warehouses to the manufacturing plant. This will be resolved by relocating the warehouses of the company to sites of close proximity to the manufacturing site with regard to the finished products which are stored in the warehouses awaiting sales, relocating the warehouses will reduce the probability of losses incurred as a result of breakages (Sarngadharan, & Minimol, 2010).

5

Internet and mobile access components of the system

A checkpoint mobile access is one of the components of the system which ought to be put in place to enhance security of the system while the employees of the company are using the mobiles in the company as well as personal mobiles. A checkpoint blade facilitates a remote access with regards to the efficiency of the operation of the information system.
