If one of the long-term goals of teaching is for students to gain control over their own behavior what are some advantages and disadvantages of using each of the four teacher authority bases to help students achieve that goal?
Referent Authority
The good things are the students like a teacher as good person and they will do the best to make their a teacher happy. They are going to show respect for the teacher. However, there are many bad things such as, the students maybe become close friend with the teacher. Also, they will use relationship in bad way.
Expert Authority
The good things are students become in school more interesting, and they will believe what teachers will say. Also, they ask teachers to help them acquire that knowledge.
On other hand, teachers can not motivate to behavior in good way.
Legitimate Authority
The students most do what the teachers say on the time, and there will not be relationship between teachers and students. However, there are many students that do not listen to teachers when they ask them.
Reward Authority
The students become extremely motivated, but some student may resent this police.
Do you think there is any relationship between teacher job satisfaction and the authority base the teacher uses most frequently to influence student behavior? Why or why not?
I believe that people do anything with love, they will do it perfectly. When teachers love teaching, the students will be happy. Also, teacher are going to prove their skills and develop their works. I think there is relationship between teacher job satisfaction and reward authority. When teachers are happy, they will give the students bonuses.
What are some strategies that you would use as a teacher to gain a better understanding and cultural of your students' family lives backgrounds?
I will tell my students about my family lives backgrounds, and I will make them understand that life has different culture. Also, I will make my students respect all cultures and proud about their cultures

I think that students like to have competition between them. They will work hard, and they will try to show up what they have skills and capabilities.However, there are some students that have the best rewards out of school so the rewards are not interesting for them. They never look for what teachers say or ask .
