Identify 3 examples of external forces affecting any of your current or prior work experience.
Three external forces that affected my prior work history were being a single parent raising two kids, transportation, and having only one form of income.
Identify 3 examples of internal forces affecting any of your current or prior work experience.
Three internal forces were employee employer relationships, pay, and cliques inside the work place.
For each of the above, how have these forces affected you personally?
Everyone that has gone through it knows that being a single parent is difficult especially when you’re running on one income. You cannot afford for surprise bills because you’re already living on a budget. You can have reliable transportation and it breaks down living you to find an alternative way of getting back and forth to work. Your kids get sick you cannot send them to school or day care and you have no one to take care of them causing you to miss work. Due to you missing work you are now short on your paycheck something you did not calculate for.
Employee employer relationships come into play when you feel unappreciated at work. Your boss has a tendency to play favorites. You can also feel affected by feeling you are not being paid your worth. For instance you find out that someone with less experience doing the same job as you gets paid more than you that can affect your production as well as morale. Cliques inside the work place can affect you if you feel as though you are the brunt of their joke you’re on the outside looking in. This can affect your production and morale as well.
For each of the above, how have these forces affected the organization?
Each of these forces can affect the organization because it can cause a decrease in employee production and morale in the workplace.
