This is a tex box. It has the advantage that you can place it anywhere of the sheet and format it. Try to give it a different border. Try different formatting.
Instead of using its position to reference a cell we can give it a meaningful name
By default a named cell gets an absolute reference. But you can use naming on ranges to get semi absolute or relative referencing.
We can use conditional formatting to change the appearance of cell(s) depending on whether they meet certain conditions. Try changing the top number
