Basic formatting

pgwilliam: pgwilliam: This is cell A1. To insert a comment like this you right click on the cell and then on <Insert Comment>		Comments are shown by the little red triangle in the corner of a cell.
		Hover over it to see what it says.
			pgwilliam: PETER: This is cell D8. When the comment exists you can edit it etc by rioght clickin omn the cell. The name at the top is put there automatically but can be deleted. It is just text Put this cell into edit mode. You will see little circles on the border. Left cliock and drag on these to change the size of the comment box.
Text gets left justified
Notice how the text overwrites a cell.					However if there is content in the next cell it doesn't pgwilliam: To see what is in this cell click on it and then look at the content in the editing bar above.	There is text behind this one
You can change the size of a cell by hovering over the separating line and then using a left click drag to move the boundary.
Alternatively if you double click on the boundary it will make the row or column big enough to hold the largest content in that row or column.
Or you can wrap text
You can also right click on the row or column heading or on a cell to adjust the size settings

You can copy a formula by a simple cut or paste.
or by right clicking on the bottom left hand corner and dragging

This is a tex box. It has the advantage that you can place it anywhere of the sheet and format it. Try to give it a different border. Try different formatting.

Instead of using its position to reference a cell we can give it a meaningful name

By default a named cell gets an absolute reference. But you can use naming on ranges to get semi absolute or relative referencing.

We can use conditional formatting to change the appearance of cell(s) depending on whether they meet certain conditions. Try changing the top number
