Business Proposal Idea: Outsourced Inc.
With the economy still struggling to fully bounce back a niche has been formed to help business and the common consumer seek the quality services they require at an affordable rate with timely accuracy. Much like Amazon and Ticketmaster who use third party logistics to provide a service to the consumer, Outsourced Inc. hopes to expand on this idea to all facets of service needs. With added pressure put on business and private consumers to save money many business have begun outsourcing jobs while as the private consumer scours the internet looking for the most affordable plumber, or a reliable mechanic, the possibilities are endless of the services the marketplace needs filled. Outsourced Inc. will tailor their searches to match the consumer’s needs and requests to save the consumer’s time and money by seeking out service providers that meet the requirements set forth by the customer.
A five-step process should lay the groundwork for how Outsourced Inc. could become a viable business venture. First market research will need to be conducted to determine which services statistically are outsourced higher than others. This will give the company a good idea on what subject matter experts may need to be involved moving forward. Second Outsource Inc. needs to determine what niche they want to fall into if any at all. Do we want to specialize in a certain service or spread our abilities throughout the full spectrum of service providers? The third step Outsourced Inc. will need to complete is figuring out start up capital and where said capital may come from. The last two steps that need to be finalized will be market advertising and determining how fees will be charged for using Outsourced Inc.
Value Proposition: Outsourced Inc.
Services rendered will allow consumers to use Outsourced Inc. to find a product or service that they need at that specific time. Whether the consumer needs things done around the house or a good book to buy, Outsourced Inc. will provide the most profitable and reliable service to accommodate the needs of these individuals. The cost to the consumer will be at the lowest possible cost to them with the capabilities of doing/being exactly what they need. As for Outsourced Inc., the cost will be relatively low; this is due to the small amount of man hours we will spend. With the company not manufacturing its own products it is capable of operation at a low cost. The resources required to find the correct service for the consumer will be what is needed to keep this business moving smoothly. The cost will then flow into the performance of the business. In order for us to be successful we will have a low operating cost but will perform at a high level. In order to perform for the consumer we will seek to find the best possible deals and then assure the consumer that we provide them with what they are requesting. In a case where the consumer is not happy, we will stand behind our business and a refund will be given for the unsatisfactory performance.
In the market Outsource Inc. will be able to provide to all avenues, and will not encounter any loopholes that we cannot address. We will be as open minded as the internet, and will be able to search and locate the best solutions for each consumer. Availability and service will tie together hand in hand, as they will work to be ready at all times. If we come across something that is not available we will seek to find another avenue to get the consumer what they need.
