It is my ABSTRACT the professor said me that You should be more specific I mean I have just referred many different topic. It should be specific and I think explanation of starvation level policies, how does BRICS countries affect Africa and invest Africa could be included. Thank you.

Global food crisis are one of the important topics in today’s world. Many people in the world live in good conditions while most of them live in a starvation and poverty. There are many reasons of starvation and poverty. Globalization affects countries in good ways or bad ways because economically developed countries spread through the world while others get being poorer. Industrial countries open markets and they provide financial aid to starving countries. They start philanthropic projects in order to make countries come together and fight with world starvation. On the other hand, some developed countries exploit their labor force including child labors, natural resources and it also causes social problems. If globalization is really beneficial for starving countries, why Sub-Saharan African countries are still undeveloped? Many undeveloped countries have political, economic and social problems. I would analyze in my research paper, stagnation in Sub Saharan countries and social and economic conditions of Sub Saharan countries. When I analyze my topics, I want to point out failed state features, starvation level and explanation of starvation level policy. Sub Saharan Africa is one of the most insecure regions because of hunger and malnutrition. Starvation and malnutrition have short term and long term effects on the people in Africa. They collapse families and communities but long term the consequences are worse than short term. The worst thing is that it influences further generation. New generation will struggle with some problems that older generations left. For example, corruption, leaving legacy and a community that is far from world development are some of them. It ultimately can cause civil war because of starvation. There are also international factors that help African countries. I will analyze BRICS countries and Africa. There are mutual relationships between BRICS and Africa. The partnerships between them are mainly composed of win-win partnerships. It forced to economic development while others get benefits from labor force and natural resources. BRICS is also important investor of Africa because there are many natural resources and energy sources that BRICS countries get benefits. Actually, world starvation is not the problem of Sub Saharan. It is also problem of all humanity. I think it is one of the important topics that should be analyzed. The consequences of starvation are so important not only for today’s generation but also further generation.
